replacements, reward skins and reinforcements

There are a few optical bugs with some units.

The units you get from the field hospital always have the standart bef skins.

The starting unit for the bef also doesn't have the cep skin.

Squads with lewis guns and mg 08/15 crews don't have bayonets, but if soldiers die and get replaced, the new guys have bayonets.
First in the line of fire, first into hostile land.

That's not a bug. These units are spawned differently, which doesn't allow for "reward" unlocks. Their spawning is coded directly in the faction files and allows for only one squad type, instead of being coded into building files and allowing multiple squads with different unlock requirements like other units.

Well, there is a possible way around that. I'll see with General WVPM if he can implement it.
