Verdun

A nice WWI shooter for team play. Still a beta, but finally stable now. Makes alot of fun.
Its best played in a clan and by voice chat, since every team member has its own unique abilites. Those are most efficient, when they are used coordinated.

This game is fine, but it's beta which means bugs, unbalance (mostly teams are unbalanced, autobalance feature would be handy). Optimization is also not perfect, but I can say it's better than it used to be. Even they improved internet stability. For example, I always had about 100 ping, now I have 70 ping. Although it's still high because I've got in other games about 30-50 ping. In other words, this game will be very good after a good amount of time. Although I don't like idea adding to the game MP18, when it's 1916...

Game still feels really beta to me. Concept's fine but I don't feel like it's really realized yet or something I would immediately suggest others try.

Just saying, I have seen some beta games that feel really together and immediately filled me with confidence in it.

Verdun just ain't quite there yet in my eyes.

Hiya chappies,

So, has anybody played it since release? I'd be interested in reading what it's like. I might have to see if i can find me some reviews.

I've played it, and I find it pretty enjoyable. There's been some pretty bit performance updates as well as a new map (Aisne, a map that hasn't suffered the effects of war too much compared to the other maps - lots of greenery and trees) and an actual roadmap posted as to what the devs are planning, which includes 3 massive, free DLC packages.
